I located Dr. Kmett when I first moved to the area and he was in Frederick at the time. When he opened his own practice, I was excited to hear it would be in Hagerstown. He is very helpful, insightful, and caring which makes a really great doctor in my opinion. I had my boyfriend to come with me to see Kmett, because it would take him at least 30+ minutes just to move after waking up. He no longer wakes up in pain. Dr. Kmett has been wonderful! I would just like to say THANK YOU Kmett!!!
