Only voted a 1-star rating because I couldn’t go lower. Hired FFB to replace my roof and install gutters. My roof still leaks even though we upgraded to leak-proof skylights, and the gutters weren’t screwed except at each end. I have tried to make contact for 2 months now, automatically goes to voicemail when I call the owners cell (on the business card) with no available space, and when you call the office, there is no space available for more messages. 10/10 do not recommend.

Had gutters, facia, and soffit work done in November 2022. Full house install. As you can see the quality of the work was not great as this is coming away from the house already. There’s also a part of my gutters leaking because they were not installed correctly. We had work that they were supposed to come back to complete in the spring but as is typical they have not responded to my phone calls. During my project it was pushed back multiple times. We did not have a good experience with this company at all. The owners talk the talk until they get half of your money and then it's a constant battle to get anything accomplished. Also we ordered windows and waited 4 months just to have them not get ordered even with half the money down. Now we're struggling to get our money back or get someone to get back to us on getting our money back. Terrible communication skills and there work is shotty too.
