Yesterday I visited Dr. Baker for my 6 month exam and, as usual, everything went very nicely from the time that I was escorted to the dental chair by Jo Jo to the end when I paid my bill to the friendly office staff. Dr. Baker always gives me a very thorough exam, and I was very happy to hear that I had no cavities. One of the best parts of my visit. though. was the almost painless cleaning done by the dental hygienist Michelle. She is very gentle, but gets my teeth sparkling clean. I decided to try Baker and Ochs because they were recommended by my insurance provider. And I'm so happy I went with them! Everyone there was so friendly and super helpful. And Dr. Baker was very knowledgeable and had no problem answering my questions. I also appreciate the text message and email reminders about my upcoming appointments! They also give you an option to create a login through their website to check appointment times and bills of service. It's great! Dental technician was great Told me in the nicest way that I need to floss more
The attendant who led me to the dentist room and prepared me for the teeth cleaning 8/23/17 at 3pm was the kindest and most professional attendant I have met to date. Unfortunately I did not ask for her name but, please make sure to thank her for me.
Excellent service, as always. Prompt, friendly and thorough. Miranda did a great job.
Great experience. No wait time. The staff was wonderful and very efficient. Dr does great work and makes you feel comfortable. Would recommend to everyone!!
