I came in for a regular cleaning and it turned into a hour and 15 min visit because other things that were going on but Sally made everything better. Thank you so much for the kindness you showed to me above and beyond during my visit. Sally you ROCK!!
As always my experience was a pleasant one at Baker&Ochs. My entire family has been coming to Baker&Ochs for a couple of years. We have always been impressed with the front line staff who are always courteous, helpful, and professional. This time it was my turn and I was not disappointed. My "problem" was handled professionally and in a timely manner. I know what needs to be done, how long it will take and how much it will cost. As someone who hates going to the dentist Dr. Ochs and his staff make it tolerable.
The staff treated you like family and they were able to cooderinate the doctor visit with the cleaning to make it more convenient for me! Everyone was great!
I HATE the dentist but its always easier and less stressful when I feel welcomed and comfortable, they did that for me. I definitely felt better about going when I got there. Everyone there is super nice, easy to talk to and willing to answer any questions. Both the hygenist and dentist explained everything they were doing as they went along. The waiting room and procedure rooms are very clean and comfortable. They are always on time, I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be called.

The hygienist who cleaned my teeth is the best one I have ever had.
I can not believe how quick the root canal procedure was. I didn't feel a thing. That evening the gym was a little sore. Took a Motrin and I was good. The next day I was 100% pain free! Love these Dentists.
