Completely let me down. A year ago their loan processor Tim S got me into a really messy loan and promised me in a year he would help me refinance. I have a had a rough few months because of changed at work with Medicare laws changing and because of that and medical debt I had I got denied? You are a horrible company and your underwriters are terrible people.
