Paid my balance in full, several weeks later they sent my account to collections asking for a significantly larger sum of money on top of the balance I had already paid. Didn't think too much of it until I saw the other reviews stating the same thing, not sure why this seems commonplace here. Definitely a little suspicious.

My husband and I came here to freeze sperm for IUI. We read the contract word for word. And let me tell you this we READ everything. But nothing on the contract said we had to do monthly payments for it to be stored. All it said was a payment for it to be done and stored. That’s it nothing else. A year later we get a letter saying we will be sent to collections for not having monthly payments done. The only reason they didn't get 1 star is because they did the service provided. But as far as their handling of past due accounts, you're on you're own. They will make half hearted attempts to contact you before sending you to collection. Financially this was an insignificant amount of money to me at $300, but they sent a $760 collection to me.
