My experience with Family Fence Factory has been disappointing to say the least. We hired them last year to install a new fence, we spoke with Brendan when he came to measure and give us a quote. We were assured that the company would handle pulling the permit (I specifically asked about this). However, several months later, we discovered that no permit had been pulled, and the fence was built without any documentation. Helpful people and good work. There was an issue with my custom order, two 8-foot gates. Dan got the issue taken care of quickly. I appreciated that.
Great quality. Everything looked great on my 14 foot gate and they even fixed up the smaller adjacent gate. The minimal damage to my yard from removing stumps was also repaired same day (it was a rainy day). Brendan was top notch making sure everything was satisfactory
I am very happy with my new landing! The craftsmanship is high quality and it is very sturdy. They had very good communication throughout the entire process and did an excellent job with the installation. Pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
OMG 10 out of 10. Could not be happier I called the Family Fence Factory. Saw their ad on Woodtv and got in touch. They arrived on time, demolished my rickety old deck and replaced it with a beautiful smaller deck with tandem stairs. All done in an hour and a half. Price was very reasonable and everyone was very pleasant to work with. From quote to completion was just two weeks. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
