Family fence factory installed a black coated chain link fence and doors at my home. They did a quick fantastic installation. Furthermore, their customer service has been incredible. When I’ve called about some manufacturing defects a gate door (not their fault as it was a manufacturing issue), they replaced the door immediately with no push back. GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH!
We purchased our fence panels and all of our other materials from Family Fence Factory. The process was simple & smooth, Rachel was a huge help throughout the entire process. The cost for our materials were also the best we could get in Muskegon & everything was delivered quickly as well! Thank you!
We had a fence installed at our school over Spring Break and it looks amazing. The quality of work is top notch. Working with Brendan on pricing and timing was very important to us and he went above and beyond in helping us hit our price point and working with us on the installation as it needed to be done when the students were not using the playground I would recommend Family Fence Factory to family, friends, businesses, in fact anyone. They are a top notch company!
My experience with Family Fence Factory has been disappointing to say the least. We hired them last year to install a new fence, we spoke with Brendan when he came to measure and give us a quote. We were assured that the company would handle pulling the permit (I specifically asked about this). However, several months later, we discovered that no permit had been pulled, and the fence was built without any documentation.
