Went for an explanation of how the.PD went from 65 on 2024 to 53 in 2025 and still no explanation given...very unhappy. Dr is nice staff is rude and dont follow up. Don't think the Dr would be happy about how his staff speaks to clients. 2026 reply to you comment: It is unbelievable that I had to pressure your office into honoring a complimentary PD recheck that you had already agreed to provide as a goodwill gesture, only for that recheck to never actually happen.
