Excellent care and service. Comprehensive and with great care. I highly recommend this office.
Had an eye exam for myself plus my little one & everyone was extremely kind, helpful & friendly! Their scheduling process was fast & easy allowing me to schedule online. Even had them follow up with me afterwards & accommodate our appointments so my daughter wouldn’t be alone in the room during her first eye exam. Dr.Raulino made my daughter & myself feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
Customer service isn't what it used to be. Because I'm purchasing my contacts elsewhere they can't give me a trial pair while I wait for my order to come. They can't even sell a single pair of contacts. They also aren't willing to do a fitment on my exam for costco bran contacts. I understand the costco brand portion except that I have been having my eyes checked here for a long time. They used to help out with trial pairs but it seems they only care about what makes them the most money now. I used to highly recommend this p... read more
