I've been seeing Dr. Butner and his staff for years. They have never once let me down and always go out of their way for their patients!! Hands down the best doctor and staff! 🧡
My glasses were never right. Cost over $700. Kept telling them. They said my brain had to adjust. They would not replace them.
Went here for the first time this last week. First off, the visit was great, took a little long to get in and out but whatever. I was told the glasses would be here in 7-8 days and it took 2 weeks, more like 7-14. When they called to tell me it was ready, I was asleep and my girlfriend answered (the one who made the appointment in the first place) They call for a pick up time, to know when you can pick up your glasses.
