The eye appointment went well...when it was time to pick up my glasses the person that was there (by herself)..I couldn't get all the information I needed she just didn't know so the following day I needed a question answered call was put on Hold phone hung up tried to call back 8 times ..phone rings then hangs up..so I got drive there tomorrow to talk to someone after paying hundreds for glasses..I don't understand
