Great eye doctors! Friendly staff, short wait, thorough exam and excellent information! Highly recommend Dr Rizwan, one of the best and most insightful eye appointments I've ever had!
I had a terrible experience at Family Eye Physicians. I brought my 3-month-old son in, and the main doctor barely even checked him just walked around. The other doctors couldn’t identify his issue either. I’ve now been waiting two days for his medical exam, and they keep putting me on hold with no real updates. As a new patient, they were nice, but once you’re established, the care and communication drop completely. I will not be returning.
Jackie was amazing—very nice, professional, and extremely patient, with my son. She’s great with kids, bilingual, and made sure all our questions were answered. One of the best experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend!
Worth the wait for the type of service you receive. Shout out to Jacqueline who made me feel comfortable and answered my questions in detail. I experienced the expertise , treated well and like I mattered. Great customer service.
