The group at Family Eye Med has been taking care of myself and my family since, Dr.Pino came to Lebanon. They are always thoughtful and work so well with scheduling our appointments.

Dr Ditto was great. Very nice. The whole staff was terrific and helpful. The lady that helped me pick out frames was awesome. She was honest, not pushy. I don't remember her name. :(
This place is absolutely awful! When my husband first went they told him to change contact brands and he has absolutely hated the brand they switched him to. When he called on Tuesday he did not get a call back until Thursday and the lady was extremely rude with him. When he called back again today they never returned his call. Now he is out contacts until they order them on Monday if he can actually get a hold of them. They have his prescription so he can't go anywhere else. I waited 75 minutes past my appointment time. That is unacceptable. Once in my doctor was great. They use the latest technology but I refuse to wait like that again.
