Very unhappy with the service that my son received today. The nurse/tech was not good with my child who has a difficult time getting drops put into his eyes. She was very impatient with him. He is only 12 and has very sensitive eyes. After listening to her complain several times about him not opening his eyes well enough, we walked out and requested our records. This is the first time that we received service like this at Family Eye Group. The new receptionist (I believe her name was Edna) was very sweet to us.

They were very hospitable and professional. Sydney, Karen and Dr. Winn were very friendly and compassionate towards me.
Not Happy my appointment was almost two hr. Wait! Over booking craming in appointments..very unhappy
