I would highly recommend Family Eye Group! extremely courteous staff and very professional. The administrative department was exceptional in dealing with my billing questions. I will do business with them again.
Very unhappy with the customer service. Administration personnel lack empathy, compassion, professionalism. They lack capacity to deescalate a situation, they don’t help customers deal with difficult situations. Instead helping, or providing a solution they hand up in your face. Thank you for reminding me that Americans lack empathy!
I recommend this practice...Dr. Leckumby has wonderful "chair side manner". He and his staff are knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. To all the nay sayers in regards to the wait time...well worth the wait, the Dr. was thorough and showed empathy, and I was squeezed in the same day for my eye condition!
