Welcoming and helpful from start to finish. Easy to schedule an appointment. Welcoming at my arrival. Easy paperwork. My eye exam was thorough and pleasant. I HATE the glaucoma test with the eye drops and bright light on my eye ball, but I know I need it since my mother had it. The doctor was quick and supportive. I appreciated his patience. Selecting frames was easy and the attendant was very helpful. She also gave me a clear explanation of my insurance. All in all it was a good experience!
My first visit was so easy and relaxing. Their set-up is efficient, quick and the office staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Anderson was so polite and made the exam a pleasant experience. He let me take my time and didn't rush the exam in any way.
Great location, doctors and staff very professional and friendly. You will get the best care for your eyes.
Dr. Blaschke is the best. Shows care and concern for you and your eyes. Been going there for over 15 years.
I have been going to the Family Eye Clinic for many years, and have appreciate the service and knowledge they possess. I enjoy Dr. Lannom and his pleasant and humorous personality! 🤣
As usual, working with Charles Lannom, my doctor there was fantastic. He's a fountain of information, kind, thorough and with a great sense of humor. As well, the staff did everything possible to move any additional requests along, and were very thorough.
The service at the Family Eye Clinic is phenomenal. Friendly and professional customer service and wonderful patient care! I would highly recommend they are the best!
