Poor Communication & Hidden Charges – Beware My daughter visited this eye care center in Houston after calling ahead to confirm they accepted her vision insurance. They said yes — but after her appointment, she was charged over $100 with no clear explanation. Beware this location does not discuss the cost nor do they give you the option to accept additional service that is not included in your plan. They told me I had a 35.00 deductible which should have been 0. I found out later that I was charged for an retina exam and something else that the insurance did not cover. They took it upon themselves to do the exam WITHOUT my approval and say that my plan had a $35 deductible/copay. I will call corporate to inform them of this shady practice. BEWARE*********

Dr Dinh is nothing short of fantastic! He shared info as the exam was progressing. He is fast and efficient and has a very pleasant demeanor. My wife and I highly recommend Dr Dinh. You won't be disappointed.

Got my eyes tested here both for eyeglasses and contact lenses .paid for both prescriptions, they gave me only prescription for contact lens .when I called up to ask the lady told she will email me .its been two time more I called and requested her. She did not email. Now I have to go back again to them .
