I went to family eye Care to get my yearly eye examination. I found Dr Smith to be very competent,very likable and very knowledgeable. She took care of my needs in a professional manner was very thorough and made sure that I had what I needed. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. The people are very considerate and they care about the patients. I highly recommend them.
I work in automotive and got a piece of metal in my eyes. Called many places and turned away since I've never been there or no appointment or told to go to the ER meanwhile I have something in my eye. Found Dr. Smith and oddly enough one of her reviews stated they had something in their eye as well. I called and the front staff (forgot her name) was extremely nice and friendly and offered to come in about an hour or so later since that would be a better time to be seen as they had appointments. Sweetest staff and doctor ever. They take their time and really listen to you about all your eye care concerns.
The only doctor of any type I’ve been to where the patients are talking amongst themselves about how great the doctor and staff are in the waiting room. And they were right. Great service, thorough and compassionate doctor.
