After the first exam, I couldn’t even see with the new glasses. Right after I was there they moved their office 45 minutes away. I drove there for a recheck and they wrote another prescription. Sent my glasses off again and when they came in they were even worse than the first pair. I finally went somewhere else and paid out of pocket since I’d already used my insurance. The third time was the charm. The other place got it right. I will say LensCrafters was very nice throughout it all. I will never use that eye doctor again.... read more

Me and my wife had an appointment today and I called them to reschedule and they told me the owner just informed them this morning that they are closing permanently. Glad i called since they didn’t tell us and we would have arrived there and found everything locked up. Feel bad for the workers there, seems like they had no warning.

I was told that my cost for an eye exam would be 149.00. When I checked out the cost was 256.46. When I made the appointment I sure I ask for an eye and contact exam, I was quoted 149.00. You can imagine how I felt when I was charged 256.46. Encourage better communication between staff and customers. Janice Kiefer
