I was a previous patient covered by student insurance. I tried to return with ODSP coverage but they wouldn't accept me. Doctor was cold and receptionist was rude, she would not refer me to someone that accepts my coverage.
Bad experience. They called me for a check up. I told them the exam was not due. They said just come. I canceled my schedule and my work. Once I came they asked me to pay $40 out of my pocket for a picture of my eyes. I refused bc not due for the picture, Dr.Naim refused to check up my eyes. I am going to complain to COO.
Dr. Takla takes excellent care of his patients ALWAYS!! Our family of 4 have been going to Dr. Takla for more than 20 years, and we highly recommend. His knowledge and concern for our eye health is OUTSTANDING!
Dr. Talia has been my eye doctor since more than 13 years now. I truly appreciate him a lot and I always listen to his great advices to me. My eyes has been improving a lot. Consider visiting Dr. Takla as your eye doctor
