Called to make an appointment and they asked if I was a patient there! I was and explained that I have not been there in a bit. She told me go see who did my eye exam! So i laughed and said okay and hung up Why I laughed because they were the ones who did my exam. Greet customers service I say! I called elsewhere and guess what I have a new optometrist!
