I arrived around 5-10 minutes before my appointment. I do'nt think I waited more then 10 minutes before I was called in for preliminary tests. I didn't wait for five minutes before I was in for the vision tests. I had some concerns with something I observed with my eyes. By the end, I felt well informed and reassured it wasn't anything to be worried about. Highly recommend, they were patient, kind, courteous to my daughter who has developmental delays. They explained everything step by step for my daughter and myself and answered any questions we had. Will be recommending them to family & friends.
Always feel welcome by all staff in the office and great service, spectacular
