I have 2 glasses i can see clear out of. Asked for a second appointment to check perscription and I was told no, that is my perscription. Waste of hundreds of dollars. Never going back.
I was scheduled for an appointment but had to call and cancel because I wouldn’t have been able to make it. No one answered after calling a couple times so I left a voicemail. I had another appointment booked and woke up that morning throwing up and it didn’t cross my mind to call and cancel so I showed up the next day to apologize and to reschedule. I have worked with several great Optometrists in the past and as a patient Dr. Macdonnell did not disappoint me. She is very knowledgeable, empathic and patient.I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
If I didn't live in a different province this would be the optometrist I see. Awesome business and friendly service.
