After going through the process of updating my insurance and information, a surly woman told me there was a 6-month appointment for an existing patient. This is not uncommon up here, but I suggested (nicely) that she inform people of that before going through the process of updating information. She was incredibly rude when I was nothing but nice to them, and immediately hung up. I will no longer be a patient there.
