Dr Lakin has been the only one I trust with my eyes for almost 30 years. The care and concern he shows is above and beyond any other eye doctor I have ever seen.
They're so inviting when you walk in. I also love the girls that work there. They are so helpful and work with you. Awesome place!
Good experience. I liked the ability to schedule a later appointment that I could go to after work. The Dr was pleasant and helped me use my dual coverage insurance to its maximum value.
While my family and I absolutely enjoy being patients of Dr. Shick, I must admit that I can't say the same for his front desk staff! They were rude, unprofessional, & VERY inconsistent with my billing!! I was given FOUR different charge amounts for eye exams/contacts!! Then I was told that we were all set, only to be overcharged AGAIN!! And to top it off, my receipt doesn't reflect what I was told! I've been a patient for a few years and never had such poor customer service. And now, unfortunately, I'll be looking elsewhere ... read more
