I was literally there for 3 hours just to have one of my kids eye check up.I couldn't believe it.
I wanted to schedule an appointment today and was surprised at how rude the lady was who answered the phone. She first hung up on me then when i called back she sounded annoyed that i did so. She rudely said "who referred you" before i could even tell her what i was looking for. I was turned off because of her attitude. It may be a great place but maybe the staff that answers the phone could portray this so that people feel welcomed to go there.
I took my seven month daughter and she was diagnosed with Congenital Glaucoma. He referred us to a glaucoma specialist. Thanks to Dr. Goldblum, ,y daughter would of lost her eyesight in both eyes. I highly recommend this facility. He is very good with kids, and I have never had an issue.
I have been taking my daughter to Dr. Goldblum for years (7 yrs). We have never had so much personalized attention from any doctor. He and his staff were and still are very helpful. I drive five hours one way so my daughter can have the best care possible for her vision. Considering other doctors said she would be go blind in one eye and never have the depth perception like other people. That has not been the case at all since we have been going to Dr. Goldblum. I went and got my eyes checked there and he screwed up my eyes and gave me astigmatism contacts! When i went to another doc he said i didnt have astigmatism!! Never go there!!
