Took my son on Saturday and the service was great. My son has severe autism and is non verbal. He uses a communication device to communicate. They were so patient with him and very understanding. They explained what each machine was for and what he would see in each machine. Dr. Pinedo was great with him .
The Eastlake location does not follow through on callbacks. I called for information and no one knew anything about an order placed. Poor customer service and incorrect information given.
I saw Dr. Buentello, he was very attentive and helped me figure outmy vision needs. He understood my dilemma and put forth a plan to help me get back to seeing while also taking into consideration my medical history. I'm very appreciative for that because no other optometrist nor ophthalmologist has taken the time to help me! I still have to wait for a trial period to see if my issues will resolve...so updates coming! But without those definite answers...I still felt heard! Thank you Dr. Buentello!
Highly recommend! Doctor was fast and informative, staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Especially the ladies helping pick out which frames and lenses would better fit me!! Already recommended to family !
I went to go get an eye exam at this place and I paid the eye exam. They didn’t get the prescription correct whenever I got my glasses three weeks later. They advised me to see the doctor again so that I can get another I exam and have the prescription corrected but they wanted to charge me again for the exam when they didn’t get it right the first time.
