I have been calling for 1 month now and leaving many messages about them submitting my bill to my insurance. No response at all to my messages. Amazing exam. Very thorough. Admin is impossible to reach however and experienced an ongoing issue in attempting to get contacts ordered correctly. I thought I would still make an appointment this year because the exam was so great. However, have changed my mind after calling to try and make an appointment during business hours and continuing to receive voicemail.
My family and I have been seeing Dr Patti for years. we love how knowledgable and detailed she is during appointments. she cured my chronic migraines and it truly changed my life. But, I am feeling quite frustrated this time around, i saw dr patti back in june 2025. I called to make an appointment and provided them with my new insurance information and included my member ID etc because i wanted to make sure my insurance was in network before making an appointment.
