Dr. Boyd and the staff are so amazing! My appointments are always quick and easy with minimal wait time. I also got my new glasses back the same week of my appointment! They made sure I utilized my insurance as best I could and helped me pick out frames that suited my face shape. Thank you Family Eye Care!
Thank you Kelly Sutton and the rest of the staff for making Cameron's experience getting his frist pair of glasses a success. Everyone at Family Eye Care was kind, thoughtful and very professional. I do have two issues, I wasn't notified when the glasses came in and if I hadn't called to check on the status who knows how long I would have had to wait for a call. It did take 4 weeks to get them back from the lab, which was a bit excessive in my opinion (I know it's not Family Eye Cares fault but maybe look for other labs to h... read more
I have been going to Family Eye Care for quite awhile. I like the doctor I see there. He is always friendly and does a great job. The staff is helpful and friendly. I trust the doctors there completely with my eye care.
Very friendly staff, good selection of glasses. Not the cheapest game in town but the quality of merchandise is high.
I do not like this place. It takes forever to get orders. They've installed lenses backwards. Misrepresented the warranty of products they've sold us. Ordered wrong frames. I'm sure I could go on...
The only eye doctor to go above and beyond and referred me to an specialist who could help me with my vision problem.
