Dr. Scogin and the ladies that help him are fantastic. He took his time with my exam and explained everything he found. He let me come home with plenty of information for me to decide what procedure I wanted and gave me time to think!! The best eye exam ever and the best doctor!!!
Most up to date equipment. Clean spacious facility. Calm pleasant employees. Patient and easy to grasp customer attempts at communicating their eye needs. Very knowledgeable and a wide variety of eye wear needs and or choices .
Loved Dr. Scogin. He was very kind to my 9 year old daughter and made her feel comfortable. We expressed the desire to do contacts and had a great experience regarding that. The reason I gave 3 stars and not 5, is because I asked for help buying *back-up glasses* and an extremely expensive lens was recommended. It seemed unprofessional to press for me to buy lenses that are 8 times more expensive than a basic pair that would be suitable for back-up glasses.
Dr. Scogins was truly amazing. He took the time to explain and listen and he also caught something no one has been able to see. I will most definitely be going to see him in the future. He is really trying to figure out what's going on with my left eye.
