Very nice little place never even knew it was there! Extremely personal environment, family-like at home atmosphere! Best eye Care group I've been to the past 35 years. They have some of the best technology in so that you can have a full comprehensive testing on how bad your eyesight will be And how there you're going corrected with glasses! I personally recommend adding in the transitions to lenses just in case you forget your sunglasses while you're out. Don't hesitate to stop by and talk to Dr. Dunn, he is one of the best... read more
Like all the other reviews. Dr Dunn is great. His staff is HORRIBLE. They act like they hate working there. I’ve been trying to get appointment to get glasses for two days I’m going to go elsewhere!
I went to family care for fix my son glass. The lady was so rude . Not satisfied service. Not recommended for purchase glass from family care clinic.
Judging from the reviews, the owner of this establishment (Dunn family) doesn’t really seem to care about quality service, setting expectations, or providing accurate and transparent information. I won’t even go into the issue in explicit detail because at this point, it’s all been said ad nauseum, but the front desk staff are appalling.
