Judging from the reviews, the owner of this establishment (Dunn family) doesn’t really seem to care about quality service, setting expectations, or providing accurate and transparent information. I won’t even go into the issue in explicit detail because at this point, it’s all been said ad nauseum, but the front desk staff are appalling. My cue to exit the show and look elsewhere for care. - Dr Mallari

The receptionist was super rude to us . I cant believe they will keep such a person at the front desk. This receptionist had black hair just to make the distinction as there were two of them sitting at the front desk today. She was soo disrespectful we are not going back to this place.

My family has been going here for about 20 years and we’ve all gone separately and have come to the conclusion that this office is not as transparent as they should be when it comes to what’s covered in your appt. Both my sister and I were charged for glasses AND a contact fitting when our insurance covers one or the other per year. We were very clear that we wanted to do what was covered by insurance and they deceived us by saying that it would be helpful to do the fitting in case we need to order contacts. I cancelled my appointment because a few people told me that it’s a little racism especially the rude receptionist there mentioning after carefully reviewing the reviews wow it’s true! I’ll go else where seems like we (African Americans aren’t warm welcoming here at all. So sad because it should be equal anyone that’s racist is disgusting and sick. God created us not to be against
