The Dr was fabulous. She is so friendly and also did great with my grand daughter. I truly recommend her. You will not be disappointed. The lady at check out was great. Thank you for making this easy.
They never answer the phone at the office! I’ve been calling for 2 days and no one ever picks up.
Tienen muy mal sevicio. Nunca contestan las llamadas. Estuve llamando por dos semanas para saber si mis lentes habían llegado pues ya tenía casi 3 meses esperando por ellos y nunca contestaron. Tuve que ir hasta la oficina y me dijeron que asi se tarban porque era un laboratorio con muchos pedidos. Gave me the worst prescription of my life. Please go to Village Eye Care or Fox Eye Care at Friendly Center or the mall. I had headaches for years from going here and now my prescription hasn’t changed in over 4-5 years from Fox Eye Care and I go to another eye care doctor near me. This prescription was laughable and I should have known it was the cause of my discomfort.
Excellent service only had two issues and they fixed it. And I’ve been going there around 10 yrs.
