Front desk people need to provide better customer service. They need to do more when they are checking in customers like scanning their id card and insurance cards. That is their job. Also, they charge $25 just to send the report to the family doctor. Note that they charge 3% if you pay via credit card. Technician and optician were excellent though.
Had a 10:30 am appt. Was not seen til 11:10 because they took walk ins before me and I had an appt. Then I go to check out and they charge the service fee to their customers vs adsorbing that cost. Terrible customer service.
