I had been looking for a new provider due to my glasses breaking but nobody could get me in before September. The team got me in next day, and was able to help me feel comfortable! Thank you so much for your help!
Dr did not listen to my concerns. Assumed I was concerned about distance. Not true.
Treated with respect and dignity. 4 people in the office helped me. Also were able to help another person who walked up and answered that individual‘a questions. The doctor met me again, as he had before, and quickly was able to meet my needs during the visit. I left with my intended two prescriptions/eye exam results , so I could later return to see a person to assist picking out new glasses.
My exam including contacts exam to get upgraded contacts prescription shouldn't even qualify as an exam. It simply consisted of the optometrist asking if I was happy with my current contacts. That was the sum total of it. Didn't look at the contacts I brought in and didn't look at them in my eyes. He didn't even provide the correct prescription for the contacts that worked best for me for the year.
I did go back the following year and the Doctor was very engaging and the front office staff were wonderful. Changing my rating to 5 Star's - I will be back next year as well. The eye tests were performed and I was given a new prescription. There was very little engagement in eye health between the tech, doctor, and patient. I prefer an experience where there is some level of engagement and will not return next year. They did their job and moved on.
