This dr office cancelled my appt because I didn't respond to txt msg reminding me of upcoming appointment they obviously don't believe in a good old phone call plus it was dead in office but wanted to make another appointment very un professional. They must not need the money this is the 2nd time they have treated me unfairly.i got my records good riddance.....
Why make an appointment if you wait hours to be seen, moving room to room. Its been over 3 weeks and my daughter has not received her glasses. Terrible first time experience and I will not be bringing my child back here.
I had the pleasure of meeting the eye doctor and helpful staff. What an amazing team of professionals. Sally was especially helpful picking out my glasses, and being comfortable working with my insecurity. Turning 50 has been a challenge for me. Her suggestions made sense that coincided with my practical but whimsical nature. She is truly a kind and caring person that shines through in her line of work.
