This office is the most disorganized, poorly-run shitshow I've ever been to. I've had multiple problems with my doctor, no contact back when in an emergency (asthma), and their phone literally will not work on the last week they'd be open. (I was Only told of their closing because of a chance questioned I'd asked, I had gotten NO notice, as a longtime patient, even though they told me I'd have to physically come in to retrieve my medical records.) Since I have a job lunch hour is when I need to conduct much of my personal business and while I like the people and service here it is a real struggle to contact them since they close all communications from 12-1:30. They have no email and no fax. I guess they are more "Doctors for the unemployed worried well people" then they are doctors for folks with jobs.

Dr. Hannah, Dr. Cortez, and Dr. Halpern are absolutely wonderful! We love them!
