I,my husband and my three children have been patients of the Family Doctor's clinic for over 30 years. Recently my adult daughter was dropped from the practice for no reason and they wanted to charge her $100 to obtain copies of her medical records. My family is now actively seeking to take our business elsewhere. The practice has no customer loyalty and the personnel staffing the front desk are not pleasant.
