Hey google, I used this doctor and form the very beginning had a bad experience. After my first visit I was prescribed some medications which instantly had a negative effect on me. I reached out to the dr and her support staff for days without ever getting a response. I, then, talked to doctor Eppele who tried to reassure me that she would do her best to make sure my needs were met. I had a very bad experience with this doctor and the staff. I was told my co-payment is $15 after they checked my benefits. However after the appointment I was charged $150. The staff, Ashely, called me several times before the appointment, never did she mention $150 fee. When I later inquired Claudia Appele accused me of lying and said Ashley has in her notes that she spoke to me about my fees. She also said I should have checked my benefits myself. Be careful with this doctor.

I am a new patient and the entire staff has treated me kindly since day 1. Any questions or concerns i might have Dr. Eppele is always willing to answer.
