Be honest and competent with billing. Overcharging more than the insurance company allows and charging improper co-pays fraudulently unbenounced to the insurance company is not excusable.
They are like my family. Every body knows me by name and i know them too by name I ❤️ them all

Dr. Gerdes is great, as is the whole group, starting with the friendly receptionist through the nurse. Well worth the 70 minute drive from Mississippi.
Very friendly. Love the staff. I've seen Dr Charbonnet previously for dermatitis, but my visit was for Botox. Barely felt a thing! She truly listened and delivered exactly the results I was looking for. I'll be back in a few months. I'd had Botox previously in the EU while living there for 12 years and hesitant to have someone else do it after moving back home to NOLA. I made the best choice after having a few consults. Confidence and motivation restored. :)
