My experience with the dentist was great, I was welcomed, comfortable and as well the staff are great. I would recommend any one to go to this dentist.
Dr. Tatiana and her staff are warm, patient and welcoming. Get the job done. Appointment was great.
I do not recommend this place. They had scheduling issues and wasted their clients' time. I scheduled an appointment for me and my 5-year-old child months in advance. A week before, they rescheduled for a month later. When I arrived with my worried child, they said they lacked a hygienist and had not called to notify me. They told me to come back another day or wait till doctor can accomodate us. It was frustrating. As a full-time working mother of 2, my schedule is tight. UNBELIEVABLE! Doctors need to start putting patients before their EGO. Very strange experience although Dr Tatiana seemed very nice initially and actually came highly recommended. She found 12 cavities in my teeth and agreed to work in conjunction with my orthodontist so that I can wear braces and fix some of the cavities prior to braces being put on, and some afterwards. My orthodontist did NOT SEE AS MANY cavities and wanted to discuss the treatment plan with her. As a result Dr Tatiana got upset that we don’t “trust” her ... read more
