Every visit is terrific! The staff is wonderful, professional, and very friendly.
My 82 year old mother went to schedule an appt for her front cracked open tooth and other teeth that had issues. This front tooth was very exposed. They told her they couldn't get her in for 6 months. She was in their system but "technically" they hadn't seen her for X-rays, exam, etc. I called them to see why that exposed cracked front tooth wasn't important and she said that her first available wasn't until October. Made an appointment in June of 2024 for their first available new patient appointment/cleaning. The appointment was for March 31 of 2025. So 9 months in advance. The day of my appointment I take the whole day off work to make sure i can go. I get an automated text a few hours before to contact them. They tell me that whoever was going to do my appointment isn’t there and we will have to reschedule. No biggie, except the next appointment is October 2nd 2025.
