Worst dentist office I’ve ever gone to! I made an appointment to get my wisdom teeth looked at and hopefully removed. As soon as I sat down in the chair they said they were ready to remove them without even examining or going over a plan. When I informed them I wanted to have anesthesia they said they can’t do it and would refer me to a different place. No one has answered the phone once and their mailbox is full! I was not impressed. Had an 8am appointment and at 8:40 I decided to walk out. The dentist was not seeing people in order of their appointment. I was told he would be in and just needed to see if a filling did indeed fall out and I would schedule a future appointment to get it filled. 40 minutes in a chair with no update from a single soul. I will be finding a new dentist.
I've been coming here for a couple years now. The secretary & dental assistant are nice & kind & I love Dr.Puddicombe. I'm not sure what's going on though because I've been trying to call since last week to reschedule my appt but no one's been answering the phone.
Is this place a front for something ??? They never,ever answer the phone. Like,ever. When I can get an appointment, I'm waiting in an empty waiting room for what feels like hours without being acknowledged by a secretary . The secretary seems to be non existent,in fact.
Was not impressed by the Dentist, his office lady’s were nice. Pitty I was hoping to find a nice dentist near Savannah
