One of the best, if not the best, offices i’ve been to in a while! Great environment, amazing dental work, and overall great people. I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Janice, who was a ball of energy and just overall nice. 10/10!
My initial appt and consultation was okay, I later went for a root canal, the office was nice and friendly, granted I went around the holiday times so maybe it was atmosphere who knows, anyways even though my treatment plan was a bit costly I still wanted to move forward bc I was comfortable with the office UNTIL … I came to get two teeth removed, it all started with them telling my bf he needed to wait in the front ( nobody communicated that) when I had my root canal done I was told by a very nice dental hygienist he could ... read more
Out of all the dentist offices I have been to, this is by far my favorite office and staff! They genuinely care about what is best for you. Took the time to make me feel comfortable and explain everything. I always feel rushed at the dentist, and they did not make me feel that way at all. I’m so happy I ended up finding them. I can’t wait to start my teeth journey with this place!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a dentist. My appointment was canceled 30 minutes before my scheduled time. What makes it even worse is that an hour earlier, they called asking if I could come in sooner because they had a cancellation. I am a single mother. I had to arrange childcare in advance, and a family member drove 4 hours to help me so I could attend this appointment.
