Disappointed I had appointments to replace a crown and the entire time Dr. Polk was coming in and out of the room; 5 minutes once, over 10 minutes once and almost 15 minutes once. I understand you need to check after the hygienist has cleaned their teeth, but give me a break. My hygienist today was very polite, going there for years, never had an issues with her until today. Love the staff here. They’ve been taking care of us for around 10 years. My kids actually look forward to the dentist. Dr Polk is funny and makes you feel comfortable. Thankful for this dentist since I’m a scaredy cat when it comes to teeth!

I absolutely love this office! I have been coming here since I was a child and have always had a fear of needles. Dr. Parker and Dr. Polk have continued the work of Dr. Murrell with how they run the practice. They always talk you through what they’re doing and that has always put me at ease. The staff has always been friendly and as a military family they were/are always accommodating to us when we pcs’d and eventually came back to Columbus. They are 10/10 and I HIGHLY recommend them.
