Saw Dr. Rhodes for the first time today as a new patient! Wonderful bedside manner very pleasant and thorough and Brooklyn is my new hygienist! I normally dislike dentists but I felt very comfortable with Dr. Rhodes very understanding and caring dentist! Haven't had a dentist like this since I was a child! She made my first visit to liking dentists again! Update had Katie for my hygienist yesterday for teeth cleaning very sweet and took good care of my teeth!
I do not recommend using Family Dentistry of Arnold due to the incompetence of their billing department and front desk staff. On multiple occasions they have sent me large bills months or even close to 2 years after treatment due to them failing to respond to requests for information from my insurance company, charging the wrong insurance provider, providing incorrect insurance estimates, or not correctly processing payments that I had made. I was having severe tooth pain. I called same day they immediately got me in. Nice office space all the staff were so friendly. It ended up being an emergency situation so they immediately tried to find a way to get it taken care of same day and they did. Then they called me to come in earlier to get it done bc they knew how much pain I was in. Highly recommend. Thank you so much you guys were an absolute God send to me!
