my wife was not told that their florid treatment was not covered by her insurance. when i was in in March they told me mine was, so they knew but a few years ago when i was in they told me it was but later found out it was not covered. i appealed the first time and they removed the charge but now they won't. i called both insurance co. and they say this is a big problem. almost seems like they make a practice of this. make sure you stop and ask specific questions on each Idem to make sure your insurance covers it!
Today was my first visit and it went great! Brittany was so nice and put me at ease. Dr. Hartwig was also very nice. The charges were all clearly explained prior to treatment. I've already scheduled my next appointment.
I came in as a new patient to get a crown put on. Dr Rhodes was, in short, incredible. Very professional, thorough, and kind. Plus the technician Jessica is very proficient in her job. Also thorough, kind, and answered all questions I had with ease. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here.
There are much better places to go.The staff here is so rude.They overcharge and won't help... PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE... YOU DESERVE BETTER
They were so helpful getting me in. I needed an appointment before September 4 and they got me in two days later when I called. I was so appreciative of them. Everybody was friendly by Cleaning was great and I believe my dental assistant was Brittany. She was amazing.
