Dr. Middleton and staff are attentive and courteous. I have been a patient for many years and would not think of going any where else.
Both Dr Middleton and his staff are great. I have a crazy work schedule and they help me move my appointments when needed. Sometimes it's very last minute. All the work done has been outstanding and no problems

Awesome service and would highly recommend! Not only did I get an appointment quickly, but he explained in detail what would need to be done and his staff if very kind and helps in any way that they possibly can!
The service stinks. The receptionist is a dumb---! I had bridge work on a tooth and it came out a few weeks later. When I contacted the office I was told to go to Dr. Rather because Dr. middleton was booked! Why would I want to go and pay another doctor for something that Dr. Middleton should have performed correctly or at least correct the problem. They have not heard the last from me!!!
