I have always feared going to the dentist but feel very comfortable with Dr. Ficker and his staff. They have helped me tremendously!
This place should be shut down!! The trash at the desk looked at me like I was stupid when she didn't have my son's appointment after saying "yes, that number you called is ours". I just told her that it wasn't my problem and that was the professional reaction I received. I know it can't be shut down over something like that but really??? Wow!!! They do deserve a f minus.
