Best dentist in Nashville! Great staff. Kind caring yet very professional!
I was a patient of this dentist up to today. When I called to make an appt. to have a tooth pulled I was told by her incompetent front desk twit that dentist would not see me or treat me. This after I was a patient of hers for about 2 years. She never called me or sent me a letter discharging me or explaining why she would no longer treat me. Still has not returned my calls. Being new in town, we called to make an inquiry regarding a dental issue. Initially, the dentist informed me that she was not the dentist at all, as she inferred the doctor would need to see the patient. No problem, however, immediately thereafter she indicated she was the dentist and I was wasting her time, among other inappropriate comments. It was not only the gratuitous commentary that was bothersome, but her tone of voice was more than disturbing. Subsequent to lashing out, she hung up.
I have always had a positive experience with her. I could not wish for a better dentist.
Dr. Wendy rocks. Down to Earth and honest. She asks and gives pricing BEFORE she does anything to your mouth.
