I recently went to Family Dentistry and Doctor Lu was so supportive and honest. She explained everything to me in human terms. As she fitted me for dentures she was so detailed and honest. I have been to several dentist and to be honest, this was the first time I did not feel rushed or just part of an over crowded situation where all you hear is "NEXT".
The first visit I had was excellent however my second visit today on 03/13/24 was a disaster and Monica I think that’s her name had a very bad attitude she has red hair and a mustache that needs to be waxed. Anyways, This is ridiculous I have to pay out of pocket cash for the panel, X-Ray, and tooth extraction because my insurance doesn’t cover it. Simply ridiculous!!! I went to this dentist for a military appointment and got a severe infection from a procedure the dentist knew couldn’t be completed. I now have to lose the tooth. Horrible place to go. If QTC sends you here please ask for another office.
I took my sister on 1/14/23. What a pleasurable experience for her first time visit. From the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist. This place is very nice and accommodating. Thank you!
