Was recommended by a friend… so I called for an appointment and the lady immediately answered very unprofessionally, and was so rude from the get. I proceeded to ask if they were accepting new patients and she said no and hung up before I could even say thank you. Rude rude rude. Don’t bother calling, if that’s how they treat people over the phone I cannot imagine they treat them much better in person. Really disappointing because they were recommended by someone I know.
Dr. Ochuba always gets me in right away, and I’ve never had a bad experience. I’ve been going to her since the pandemic—almost five years now!
My 83 year old grandmother was a patient there and due to a lot of medical issues and her knees being bone on bone that happen so quickly she missed her appointments and she express she really liked her service but the Dr Ochuba had no care for my elderly grandmother which Dr. Ochuba is aware that alot of dentist don't take Aetna Medicare plan so to dismiss her as a client is very disheartening.
