I had the BEST experience here! My insurance has changed several times over the past 5 years and I’m always going somewhere new so I’ve had a wide variety of experiences both good and bad. I have seen both Dr. Richmond and Dr. Miller - they both provide great patient education and make you feel at home. The staff, dental assistants, and hygienists are friendly and professional. Both Dr. Richmond and Miller take the time to get to know you and have created a welcoming environment. I couldn't recommend either of them enough!
Miranda is the hygienist with the lightest touch! She was incredibly gentle (and fast!) during the cleaning and the entire visit was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for exceptional dental care. The office renovation is almost finished and it looks lovely as well. Great vibes all around.
I can’t say better things of the care I receive here at Family Dentistry! Dr. Miller and the entire team are phenomenal at what they do. They are kind, sincere, and truly meet you where you’re at in life. I have been to so many different dentists and this is the first time I felt truly SAFE and not judged. This is the most consistent I have ever been with getting dental work done and it’s truly because of how great this team is.
I recently had a cleaning at Family Dentistry at City Park and highly recommend them. Miranda was wonderful. She walked me through my cleaning and made sure I knew of next steps and follow up info. Dr. Richmond also took the time to discuss a dental plan that will work for me.
