I personally saw Dr Wilka my treatment, my husband saw Dr Braden and my mother-in-law saw Dr Hartnett. We are all very happy with our experiences, they have provided top notch patient care. We love and appreciate their professionalism, they are very knowledgable and take thier time explaining everything. I have high dental anxiety and I just have great things to say about them. Dr.Para sold the business now it’s horrible, the two gum smacking Latina receptionists are still there.. it’s expensive and hard to get an appointment I will take my money else where.
The front desk receptionist did not provide the welcoming experience. Tone was definitely off if we’re about pay to hundreds or thousands out of pocket atleast some joyful people greeting you at most. I get there and turns out my appointment was cancelled the “ morning of “ never received a call at all. Wouldn’t have wasted my PTO to even go if I had received a phone call yet alone a voicemail. Then I get told it’s “ their bad “ if I would want to reschedule. Never going here again.
I have been going here for 6 years. I have had such great experiences and would recommend this office to anyone!
