I too was a long-time patient from the previous ownership and tried to stick it out with the providers that remained. I’m not disheartened to be dismissed as a patient for attendance concerns that were my own doing, but anybody who wants reliable and DURABLE restorative work should not go here (I believe it was Wilka’s “handy” work). I had the same filling pop out twice within the same year and got charged for each replacement - not to mention zero haste in getting me in timely to correct their work. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I’ve been a loyal patient of this dental office for over half my life, and my entire family has been going here as well. Despite name changes, provider shifts, and staff changes, we’ve never encountered any issues. However, a recent staffing change has significantly impacted the quality of care we’ve received. It’s disheartening to have to write such a negative review about a facility we once cherished.
